NORMA G.050: SEGURIDAD DURANTE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN

La presente Norma especifica las consideraciones mínimas indispensables de seguridad a tener en cuenta en las actividades de construcción civil.

Los Congresistas de la República que suscriben, recogiendo la propuesta de la Federación de Trabajadores en Construcción Civil del Perú, FTCCP y en ejercicio del derecho de iniciativa legislativa reconocido por el Artículo 107 de la Constitución Política del Perú, presentan el siguiente Proyecto de Ley: "Ley que consolida en un solo cuerpo legal, con rango de ley, las normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, y, al mismo tiempo, penaliza de las infracciones graves a la norma, causantes de muerte o invalidez de trabajadores".
