NOTA DE PRENSA DEL FOCEP
SEÑOR DIRECTOR
El FRENTE OBRERO, CAMPESINO, ESTUDIANTIL Y POPULAR (FOCEP) representado por sus dirigentes: GENARO LEDESMA IZQUIETA, Presidente; FLAVIO MORENO CALVO, Secretario General; CATY CAMPOS LLONTOP, Secretaria de Asuntos Internacionales, en razón de tener a varios de sus miembros ejerciendo su trabajo en el mercado de Productores de Santa Anita, ha interpuesto RECURSO DE HÁBEAS CORPUS para que prevalezca la garantía constitucional del debido proceso consagrado en el art. 139 Inc. 3ero. De nuestra Carta Magna, a favor de dichos trabajadores ya que no hay Sentencia Judicial que ordene el DESALOJO y en consecuencia deben abstenerse las fuerzas Policiales de ortigar a los trabajadores del Mercado Santa Anita, en este sentido han sido demandados el PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA ALAN GARCÍA PÉREZ, Jefes Supremo de Las Fuerzas policiales, el Ministro del Interior LUIS ALVA CASTRO y el Alcalde de Lima LUIS CASTAÑEDA LOSSIO.
El Juicio de Habeas Corpus ha empezado a tramitarse ante el 54 Juzgado Penal de Lima, Expediente Nro. 21293-2007.
